Today we talked about Ruth's decision to stay with Naomi and about how lost and hurting Naomi was and how Ruth came along beside her. We talked about loss in our lives and how we coped. We also considered how we could show this kind of selfless love toward someone.

It was a great discussion as always and we missed those who were not there.

PRAYER REQUESTS:
Carol's brother-in-law is still in a coma and has been moved to a facility where he will stay until he either gets better or goes to a nursing home. He is about 85 yoa and we know that at this age, healing is harder but we will pray for it and pray for the family as they cope with this.

Continued prayers for Leysa's husband David who is healing but slowly and not patiently :). Pray for him to get better each day and Leysa to hang in there!

I would like prayers for our granddaughter Keisha as she embarks on a new job this week that is a job in her chosen career as an embalmer. She is going to school to become a funeral director which is a degree you have to have to emblam. The job is in Little Rock and she will have to drive back and forth. Please pray for safety and for a good work experience.

PRAISE REPORTS:
Lori's Mother-in-law had successful surgery and is doing wonderfully!

Leysa has praise report on her granddaughter, Abbi, who is a dancer and will be traveling to Europe on tour with the Hot Springs Dance Team! What a wonderful opportunity! We also pray for her as she seeks God's face. So thankful she is searching and opening herself up to Him.
