Today we talked a lot about the lineage and "What if'd" about Boaz and his past. The "Midrash" is something I talked about last week. It is a Rabbinical teaching on the Torah and other books of the Old Testament. I kind of stumbled across it and was fascinated by what I read there. If you would like to check it out CLICK HERE and it will take you to it. We also talked about Ruth's faithfulness to God and agreed that this has been a wonderful study. ESTHER There are a few people who want to go on and study Esther for the rest of the summer. At this point I don't have any details as to who is going to lead it or when to start, etc. Hopefully there will be more information on it next week. ******* Opportunity to Serve : As I think you all know Carol had double by-pass surgery yesterday and the report from her husband is that she is doing well. We are going to be helping out with food which we need more input from Carol and Dave on because of special need
